Biographical Information
Elizabeth Gramigna's practice focuses on labor and employment law. Most of her practice emphasizes avoiding litigation through effective practices and policies. In this capacity, she conducts internal investigations into claims of unlawful harassment and other employment related claims, mediates employment claims, develops effective personnel policies, counsels employers on employment issues and conducts on-site training programs on legal issues affecting the workplace. Beth's experience includes counseling clients on compliance with state and federal employment laws and assisting clients with litigation issues relating to employment discrimination, unlawful harassment, leaves of absence, wrongful discharge, wage and hour laws, and restrictive covenants. In addition to several articles published in trade journals, Beth co-authored the chapter on Family & Medical Leave in the book New Jersey Labor & Employment Law, published by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education (1995). Prior to joining Bourne, Noll & Kenyon, Beth had a practice entirely devoted to workplace investigations, mediations and training.
